LP007: How She Created Online Courses to Grow Her Offline Sewing Business with Tommie Hernandez

In this episode of The Launch Plan, we will learn how our guest expanded her physical business by creating online courses.

We have someone with us that decided to add an online element to her existing sewing business by teaching courses online. In this episode, we take a look at how she generates traffic and how she's approached growing her online courses with memberships and a community. We'll find out how she did all of this in the middle of a global pandemic.

Our guest today is a Puerto Rican fashion designer. She studied fashion at fit in New York, and for 17 years had a boutique-atelier where she made custom clothing and swimwear, her lines were sold to prestigious boutiques and department stores like JC Penny in the U S. Four years ago, she decided to teach people around the world, everything she knew about design and entrepreneurship by founding her online fashion academy and the only Puerto Rican sewing pattern company, Sirena Patterns.
